About Janeen

AN EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL Janeen Kimbriel was Born in Redding, CA and raised in San Jose since the age of 5. She graduated from Santa Theresa High School in 1982, very active in Softball and Swimming. Janeen began her career in Property Management in 1989 in Palo Alto, CA where she managed a large portfolio from multiple apartment units in the bay area to Commercial property in Oregon.

Janeen moved to the Orangevale/Fair Oaks area in 1992. She went to American River College to further her knowledge in Real Estate and financing. She got her real estate license in 1999 while working in management/marketing for a health care provider.

Janeen went on to sell new homes for one of the TOP builders throughout Sacramento, where she achieved several MAME Nominations, and received many awards in customer service, High sales volume and builder’s knowledge. Janeen was the Top Gun Winner in 2005 with Pulte Homes. In 2011

Ms. Kimbriel went to MTI College of Sacramento to expand my knowledge in the medical field after the real estate market fell. She graduated in 2012 and was a member of the Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement and attendance. While attending MTI, She started working as a Property manager/Administrator for Commercial Real Estate in 2011 and found her true passion has always been in property management.

She is professionally affiliated with SAC NARPM association and possess knowledge of the latest changes to the industry including legal and documentation changes to ensure services to both our owners and tenants are of the highest standards.
